1 bottle of white or red wine (720 ml)
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 lime cut into fine wedges (110 g)
1 orange cut into fine segments (180 g)
2 passionfruits, halved and seeded, cut into cubes (use in syrup if fresh ones are not available)
1 pear with skin, seeded, cut into cubes (200 g)
1 peach, seeded, cut into cubes (150 g)
1 banana, sliced into rounds (70 g)
1/4 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of brandy
ice cubes

Pour the wine into a large pitcher
Add the lemon juice and all the fruits
Add the sugar and brandy and stir with a wooden spoon
Add some ice cubes
Taste and adjust if necessary, adding more sugar if needed
Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving
