Dissolve a small packet of gelatin in water as instructed on the packaging and mix with the corresponding drink: grape with cassis, lemon with vodka, unflavored with blue curaçao, and passionfruit without drink

Place the gelatin mixture into shallow forms to set and then cut into small cubes

In a chilled flute, place a cube of each flavor and serve with well-chilled brut champagne.
