Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Turn the shape down and grease its bottom

In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, and salt
Add the milk, egg, one yolk, raisins, and mix lightly
The dough should be sticky

With floured hands, shape the dough over the greased bottom of the baking dish, leaving about 2 centimeters free at the edge
