Mix the corn, sugar, oil, and milk in a pot and bring to heat
Stir until thickened
Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, for another 3 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Beat egg whites until fluffy
Add yolks and continue beating
With the mixer running, gradually add the corn mixture and beat until smooth
Remove from mixer and combine with grated cheese and sweet grass seeds
Mix with a wooden spoon and incorporate active dry yeast
Pour the batter into a greased and sugared baking dish
Bake in a medium oven
Remove from oven and sprinkle surface with cinnamon sugar
