Sift the flour with the yeast and add the sugar
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces, mixing until a crumbly texture forms
Mix in sufficient beer to achieve a dough consistency similar to that of a cake
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Break into small pieces and shape into small balls or rings
Dust with cinnamon
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
