1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Curaçao, Grant Marnier, or Cointreau)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 egg whites
orange slices for garnish

Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice in a small saucepan to soften
Heat over low heat until the gelatin dissolves
Add the remaining juice and liqueur
Pour into a small bowl
Chill in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly
Beat until it becomes frothy
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add to the orange mixture
Fold in the heavy cream
Mix carefully
Pour into individual serving cups or a decorative bowl
Refrigerate until firm
Serve garnished with orange slices, and enjoy! Serves 6.
