1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (Karo dark)
Two tablespoons of butter or margarine
One cup of cornflakes
One brick of chocolate or vanilla ice cream

One brick of chocolate or vanilla ice cream
Melt the cocoa and butter in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the cornflakes and stir gently until they are coated with the mixture
Spread on a plate to cool and sprinkle on top of the ice cream when serving.
