Place six shiitake mushrooms on the leaves of aluminum foil

Mix soy sauce and white wine
Drizzle over the mushrooms
Add butter pieces on top of each mushroom

Fold the aluminum foil into an envelope shape
Seal the sides well to ensure a tight seal

Heat a non-stick pan or skillet until it's very hot, then arrange the envelopes
When they puff up like microwave popcorn bags, they're ready
Open the envelope carefully and serve.
