In a medium saucepan with 3 cups water (720ml), place the refrigerator-safe bowl with the chocolate pieces
Place over low heat, stirring gently with a spatula, until the chocolate melts (about 10 minutes)
Remove from heat and let cool
Meanwhile, in a blender, beat the heavy cream until it thickens
Add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form
Add the melted chocolate and orange liqueur and mix carefully with the spatula
Transfer to four small dessert cups
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving
