For the batter
3 small carrots
4 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the glaze
4 tablespoons of melted chocolate
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of milk

Prepare
Mix the carrots, eggs, oil, and sugar in a blender until they form a smooth consistency
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt
Gradually add the mixture to the carrot mixture
Mix carefully
Pour the batter into a greased pan with a hole of approximately 24 cm in diameter
Bake in a hot oven preheated for 35 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
Let it cool slightly and remove from the mold
For the glaze, mix all ingredients together
Heat over low heat while stirring constantly until it thickens
Remove from heat and pour over the cake still warm
Serves in medium-sized portions.
