Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for ten minutes or until slightly thickened
Remove from heat and let cool

Bake the oven to high temperature
In a bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, and flour to obtain a thick paste
Add milk, coconut, and coconut milk, stirring constantly until a smooth mixture forms

Transfer to the mold and bake in a water bath with hot water for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the pudding comes out clean
Remove from water and let cool before unmolding
Cover with cocoa and refrigerate for at least two hours.
