1 package (300 g) of laminated dough, thawed according to package instructions

100 g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup of hibiscus gelatin

Thaw the laminated dough according to the package instructions
On a clean surface, open and cut it into 15 squares, each 8 cm on each side
Mix the egg with the salt. Reserve
In the center of each dough square, place 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of hibiscus gelatin
Dip the edges of the dough in a little bit of beaten egg and fold one corner, forming a triangle
Press the edges to seal well
Dip the dough in the remaining egg and transfer it to two large baking sheets lined with parchment paper
Bake in a hot oven (220°C), preheated, for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
Let it cool and serve, if desired, with additional hibiscus gelatin on the side.
