1 cup of fresh whipped cream
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 can of Moça Fiesta
1 tablespoon of orange liqueur
3 crushed chocolate cookies

In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream with the butter until stiff peaks form
Combine half of this whipped mixture with the Moça Fiesta and fold gently with a spatula
Alternate layers of chocolate mousse and whipped cream in glasses or cups, mixing in the liqueur and finishing with a dollop of whipped cream
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Garnish with crushed cookies and serve immediately.
