Dissolve the gelatin in cold water to soften it
Add the hot coffee
Mix until the gelatin is fully dissolved and combine with sugar
Let it cool
Whip the heavy cream into a chantilly
Add the coffee mixture and mix well
Lay out layers of whipped cream and meringues in a mold
Chill in the refrigerator until very cold
