Peel the pineapples and cut them in half
Remove the seeds and strain the pulp through a sieve
Place the resulting puree into an 18 x 25 cm buttered baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom of the mold
Arrange the pineapple halves on top
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 30 minutes
Remove the pineapple halves and serve with fresh Minas cheese
