Cut the papayas in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds and then the pulp, without damaging the skin
Reserve the skins, placing them in a plastic bag or aluminum foil and storing them in the refrigerator
Blend the papaya pulp with lime juice, granola, and yogurt in a blender until you get a creamy mixture
Place it in a round mold about 22 cm in diameter and put it in the freezer for 1 hour, or until a frozen edge forms about 2 cm thick
Stir with a spoon and put it back in the freezer for another 30 minutes to 1 hour, until it is frozen but still creamy
Place it in the reserved papaya skins and garnish with lime
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later
