300g of Ripe Green Papaya
7 green chilies, finely chopped
5 cloves of garlic, minced
50g of cooked long beans
4 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of toasted peanuts without salt

3 tablespoons of Sicilian lemon juice
1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds
2 green papayas, cut in half and seeded
4 cooked prawns [for decoration]

Slice the green papaya into thin strips [julienne]
In a bowl, mix together the papaya, chilies, garlic, long beans, tomatoes, peanuts, fish sauce, lemon juice, and sesame seeds
Transfer to the papaya halves
Garnish with cooked prawns.
