Mix all the ingredients together
Knead the dough until it becomes uniform and smooth
If necessary, add more water
The dough should be very smooth and easy to shape
Let it rest for 40 minutes
Filling
Beat the eggs with sugar well
When it is clear and has doubled in volume, add the flour and mix well
Add a little hot milk and mix everything together
Place the eggs in the pan, put the remaining milk and cook everything together
Shape small balls with the dough and let it rest for another 15 minutes
Fry the dreams in not too hot oil and let them drain on paper towels
Cut them and fill them with cream or jam or brigadeiro
Dust them with sugar and serve
