2 avocados, each about 1/2 kg, peeled and cut into pieces

In a blender, combine the avocados, salt, black pepper, and half of the heavy cream
Blend well and add the remaining heavy cream
Blend just to mix
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil
Add the avocado mixture and wine
Remove from heat
Serve the soup hot or cold, garnished with sliced avocado
If the soup is too thick, add a little more chicken broth
