1 Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and sauté the garlic
Be careful not to burn it
Add half the milk and let it simmer
Dissolve the egg yolks and flour in the remaining milk and add it to the saucepan
Season with salt and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes
2 Add chopped fresh herbs, stir well and turn off the heat
Let it rest with the saucepan covered for three minutes
Serve immediately decorated with cooked carrot or cherry tomato.
