Drain the liquid from the tuna and flake it well
Combine the mayonnaise, oregano, and salt, and mix
Fill each canapé with half a tablespoon of the tuna mixture
Chop the lettuce into strips and arrange on a large platter, spreading evenly
Place the canapés on top
Cut three cherry tomatoes into slices and place them between the canapés
Core the fourth tomato and remove the seeds
Next, nest the olive in the middle
Place it at the center of the platter to garnish and serve.
