Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and sauté them in olive oil with chopped onion and garlic
Add the black olives and mustard
When it's well cooked, pass it through a sieve
Heat it up again adding butter and egg yolks
Cook for some minutes and let it cool down
Add grated cheese
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and English sauce - perfect for sandwiches
