1/4 cup of pie crust dough
1 small glass jar of palm heart
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 small chopped onion
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 cup of palm heart liquid
5 black olives, pitted
Salt and parsley to taste

Chop the palm heart and reserve the liquid
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the dissolved cornstarch mixed with the palm heart liquid and stir until it thickens
Combine the chopped palm heart, olives, and season with salt and parsley
Remove from heat and shape into square pie pieces with the cold filling
Fry them in hot oil.
