Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
Beat the butter until creamy, then add the mayonnaise and mustard
Add the passed yolks through a sieve and season with Worcestershire sauce
Taste the seasoning and, if necessary; add a pinch of salt
Place the mixture in a piping bag and fill the eggs
Garnish each egg half with 2 stuffed green olives and a paprika leaf.
