100 strawberry tomatoes

1/3 cup of milk
1/4 cup of butter
100 g of smoked salmon, chopped
Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Cut off the tops of each tomato and remove the seeds
Mix together the remaining ingredients (except parsley) or blend in a processor until you get a paste
Stuff the tomatoes with the paste using a flat-tipped piping bag
Garnish with parsley and refrigerate until serving time
