2/3 cup of rolled oats
2 liters of water

In a pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion until it's soft
Add the sausage and fry for two minutes
Add the oats and water, stir and cook for 15 minutes or until it thickens slightly
Season with salt and reserve
In another pot, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the garlic until it starts to brown
Add the agria and sauté for 30 seconds
Season with salt
Serve the soup in bowls, garnish with a sprig of agria on top.
