Melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until they are translucent
Add warm water and beef cubes
Cover the pot and cook until the soup reaches a boil
Add oat flakes and tomatoes, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Adjust the seasoning if needed, and when serving, place grated cheese at the bottom of the plate.
