1/4 cup (3 tablespoons) of unsalted butter,
1 small onion, finely chopped,
2 cloves of garlic, minced,
1 liter of water,
2 beef bouillon cubes,
50g of grated cheddar cheese,
4 soup spoons of oat flour,
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters,
salt to taste

Melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until they're translucent

Add the hot water and beef bouillon cubes
Cover and bring to a boil

Add the oat flour, salt, and tomatoes
Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes
Adjust cooking time as needed
Corn the recipe at serving time by sprinkling grated cheddar cheese into the bottom of each bowl.
