Bring a pot of water to a boil with plenty of salt
Calculate 1 tablespoon of salt per liter of water and add 1 teaspoon of oil
Let the water boil well, then add the macaroni gradually, stir with a wooden spoon, reduce heat, cover half of the pot, and cook for about 10 minutes
Place the colander in the sink, carefully pour the macaroni from the pot onto it, let it drain well
Grease a baking dish
Slice the prosciutto
Alternate layers of macaroni and prosciutto in the baking dish
Whisk eggs with a fork, add to the macaroni, and place on top of the dish
Bake for 30 minutes
Serve 4-6 servings
