6 green bananas
1 smoked tongue

Cut the green banana into slices and reserve
Cut the smoked tongue into slices as well
Fry the bacon in its own fat and add the tongue
Let it cook until both sides are golden brown, then add the chopped onion
Cook until the onion is translucent and add the mashed garlic
Mix for 1 minute and add the hot water, paprika, salt, and sliced bananas
Bring to a simmer and let cook for approximately 15 minutes
If necessary, add more water
Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes
Serve warm with parsley.
