1 bunch of clean broccoli

3 slices of shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste

Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into small florets
Bring the water to a boil and add the broccoli to the pot
Simmer until the broccoli is tender
Add the vegetable broth cubes and stir vigorously
Add the cornstarch dissolved in milk and stir slowly over low heat, without allowing it to thicken
Add the cream of milk and cheese, stir, and remove from heat before boiling
Correct the salt and serve.
