Fry the onion with the bacon until the onion is golden brown
Add the garlic clove
Let it cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Add the beef and fry, stirring occasionally, until it browns
Add the paprika and tomatoes
Stir well
Add the beef broth and let it simmer in low heat for about 30 minutes
Add the potato and more broth if needed
Let it cook until the potato is tender
Mix the flour with water and add it to the soup, stirring well
Let the soup thicken
Finally, add the sausages and a few drops of lemon juice
Serve 4-6 portions.
