Preheat the oven to high heat (200°)
Prepare the onion soup according to the package instructions
Add the wine and cheddar cheese and place in a glass baking dish with a capacity of 1 1/2 liters
Place the bread slices on top of the soup, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with melted butter or margarine
Bake in the oven until the cheese is lightly golden, for about 7 minutes
Yield: approximately 4 servings.
