1 can of palmito
1/3 cup of pitted olives
1 large onion cut into pieces
1/2 cup of fresh parsley
4 medium tomatoes, peeled
1/4 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
salt to taste

Drain the palmito and cut into slices
Remove the pits from the olives and chop them
Blend the onion, parsley, and tomatoes in a liquidizer or processor until finely chopped
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped seasonings
Simmer for 15 minutes, then add the palmito, olives, and season with salt to taste
Mix well
Remove from heat and let it cool
Top with marjoram dough, make a decorative border, and some cuts on the surface
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 30-35 minutes or until the dough is cooked through
Let it rest for 6 hours.
