1 1/2 cups chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
two 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
one sprig of rosemary
6 peppercorns tied in a cheesecloth bag
one tablespoon chopped parsley
6 cups chicken broth
one cup roasted and cubed turkey (passed through butter)
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped scallions
1 1/2 cups chopped onion

Sauté the onion in butter in a large saucepan until it's soft
Add the tomato, salt, rosemary, peppercorns, and parsley
Simmer for 5 minutes
Join the broth and let it simmer slowly for 15 minutes
Remove the rosemary and peppercorns
Place the roasted turkey in a serving bowl and spoon the soup over it
Sprinkle with scallions
