3 cups of chopped turnip greens (400 g)

In a large pot, combine the turnip greens, onion, garlic and vegetable broth
Cover and simmer over medium heat until the turnip greens are tender (about 25 minutes)
Remove 1/2 cup of chopped turnip greens and reserve
Blend the remaining mixture in a blender to obtain a smooth cream
Return it to the same pot and bring to a simmer
Add the flour dissolved in water and cook, stirring constantly until thickened and boiling
Add the reserved turnip greens and stir for 1 minute
Taste and add salt if necessary
Transfer to a tureen and serve immediately
