One day ahead, soak the peas in 3 liters of water
Cut the pork loin and ribs into pieces and submerge them in separate containers with water
Change the water twice
Cook the peas in the soaking liquid for one hour

In a pot, sauté the garlic in olive oil
Add salt, the pork loin and ribs, and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Add the remaining water, cover, and cook for two hours
Ten minutes before serving, add the smoked linguiça
