1 handfull cooked spinach, chopped
4 squares or triangles of pasteurized cheese (20g each)
salt and black pepper to taste
paprika for sprinkling

Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan
Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix well
Add chicken broth gradually, stirring always
Add cooked spinach, broken cheese into pieces, and stir until melted
Season to taste and serve sprinkled with paprika
