Chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in oil
Combine the two types of scallops, mussels, and codfish into bite-sized pieces
Add the diced tomatoes, parsley, and slowly pour in 2 liters of water that has been used to boil the scallop shells for a few minutes
Season with salt and pepper
When it starts to simmer, reduce the heat and add curry powder
Allow it to cook slowly for about an hour and a half or more if needed
If necessary, add a little water, but this fish stew should be quite thick.
