Season the fish with salt, lemon juice, and reserve in the refrigerator for about an hour
Sauté the onion in olive oil until golden brown
Add the white sauce, stir, and season with salt, black pepper, and curry powder
Stir and place the cod fillets
Cover the pan and cook for approximately 15 minutes
Serve immediately.
