In a large frying pan, fry the onion in olive oil until soft

Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

Add the parsley, sauce, crab meat, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes and distribute among the scallop shells

Preheat the oven to high temperature

In a frying pan, combine the butter, cassava flour, and salt
Stir for some minutes over medium heat

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the scallop shells and top with grated Parmesan cheese
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
