2 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/3 cup of chopped green onion
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of coloring agent

1/2 teaspoon of coriander
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 kg of chicken thighs
4 cloves of garlic, mashed
3 small zucchinis
1 medium red bell pepper
2 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/3 cup of chopped green onion

1/2 teaspoon of coriander
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 kg of chicken thighs
4 cloves of garlic, mashed
3 small zucchinis
1 medium red bell pepper
Cut the zucchinis into 2 cm thick slices and the bell pepper into 1 cm squares
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and bone them
Cube the chicken into 4 cm pieces
Season the chicken with salt, coloring agent, garlic, coriander, and cinnamon
Dredge the chicken in wheat flour, coating thoroughly
Heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the chicken and cook, stirring constantly, while adding the water gradually, for 10 minutes or until browned
Add the remaining water and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until the chicken is tender
Add the zucchinis and bell pepper and cook over high heat for 8 minutes or until the zucchinis are tender
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve immediately.
