400 g of fish fillet

For the sauce
3 tablespoons of chopped coriander
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 dash of salt

Marinate the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Dust them in all-purpose flour
Grease a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil
Place the fish fillets and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes
Check if the fish is cooked by piercing it with a fork
If the meat separates into flakes, it's done
Remove from the oven
Prepare the sauce: blend all ingredients in a blender
Pour over the fish fillets, cover with aluminum foil and bake again
Serve hot
