1 tablespoon of unsweetened gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup of hot milk
2 cups of cooked fish pureed
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, English type
to taste salt and pepper

Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and combine with hot milk
Mix well until the gelatin dissolves
Place in the freezer until it is almost frozen
Beat well with a blender
Mix the remaining ingredients
Combine the beaten gelatin and mix well
Pour into a mold
Refrigerate for several hours
Unmold by quickly placing the mold in hot water
Serve garnished with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
