Peel and thoroughly wash the cassava
Cut it into pieces and cook it in the water until it's soft
Blend all the contents of the pan (cassava + water) together with the beef bouillon tablet in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Return the mixture to the pan, add salt to taste, and simmer the soup
When serving, sprinkle with chives
