2 tablets of beef broth

Place the soaked peas in a little water and, after it's soft, blend with a liquidizer, along with milk, until you get a fine consistency
Pour the water onto the fire and, when boiling, add the pea and milk mixture and chopped parsley
Let it simmer for 5 minutes
Add the beef broth tablets, dissolve them well, and remove from heat, serving next
This soup can be served with grated cheese, boiled broccoli florets, or scrambled eggs.
