Mix together in a bowl the butter, mustard, and English white sauce with some grinds of Malagueta pepper
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until the butter has melted, stirring constantly
Add grated cheese and simmer for 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth
Serve on toasted bread
