2 cups mashed avocado
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Add the avocado to the warm broth
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Combine with heavy cream and lime juice
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Chill in the refrigerator
Stir in the white wine just before serving
