6 medium tomatoes, peeled - 750g
1 1/2 cup of radish, finely chopped and pressed in a bowl - 120g
1 medium onion, finely chopped - 90g
1 small cucumber, peeled and finely chopped - 90g
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped - 8g
4 tablespoons of olive oil - 60ml
3 tablespoons of lime juice - 45ml
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup of water
To garnish:
Toasted bread cubes
Small leaves of radish

Cut the tomatoes in half
Remove the seeds and pass through a sieve, retaining the juice
Do not use the seeds
Chop the tomatoes
In a large glass bowl, mix together the radish, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, pepper, and garlic
Add the reserved tomato juice, olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and water
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
Serve chilled, garnished with toasted bread cubes and small leaves of radish
