For the sorbet:
2/3 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of water
3 1/2 cups of coconut milk (840 ml)
4 tablespoons of Amaretto liqueur
Chocolate sauce:
180g of dark chocolate broken into small pieces
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of Amaretto liqueur
For the sorbet:
2/3 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of water

Chocolate sauce:
180g of dark chocolate broken into small pieces
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of Amaretto liqueur
For the sorbet: In a small saucepan, mix together the sugar and water
Cook while stirring until the sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes
Let it boil and cook for another 3 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Add in the coconut milk and Amaretto liqueur, stir well
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate
About 30 minutes before serving, remove the sorbet container from the refrigerator to prevent it from becoming too hard
Serve immediately or keep the containers stacked in the freezer
For the chocolate sauce: In a small saucepan, mix together the chocolate, milk, and sugar
Cook while stirring until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is creamy, about 3-5 minutes
Let it cool slightly and add in the Amaretto liqueur
Serves 8 of sorbet and 15 tablespoons of chocolate sauce.
